Explain your favorite exercise/drill and what it is used for
That's a tough one because I have so many I enjoy using with everyone. If I had to narrow it down, I would say it's a tie between DB Snatch and any form of Hip Thrust. I like those because they are posterior chain dominant exercises and so many exercises that most people want to do are anterior chain exercises. More often than not, people forget to work muscles such as glutes, hamstrings, and back. These muscles will help with posture, core strength, and joint stability to decrease knee, hip, back, and neck issues.
