What is your hometown?
What is your job title and favorite part of your job at Traction?
My job title is a performance/personal trainer. My favorite part of my job is being able to help people reach their goals. The moment when my clients accomplish a goal or task is so rewarding. I love being a part of their success.
Name an interesting fact about you that a lot of people don’t know.
One thing that I think is interesting about myself is that I get to share a really great award with my siblings. I am the oldest of three kids and we all won athlete of the year our senior year of high school. Being apart of a competitive and athletic family has definitely made me the way I am today and a reason why I am in the sports training field.
What brought you into the training/sports field?
I have been a competitive person my whole life. As a young girl and through high school I was a multi-sport athlete. I decided not to further my athletic career in college, but I still consider myself an athlete. I have the mindset of an athlete as well as a work ethic as one. That mindset and my competitiveness is definitely what pulled me towards the sport training field.
What’s your favorite/one of your favorite quotes?

Explain your favorite exercise/drill and what is it used for.
My favorite exercise is the single leg RDL. The exercise works on balance and stability as well as strengthens the hamstring and glute. This exercise is so important for athletic performance, overall general health, as well as preventing injury.
