FOOD & ENTERTAINMENT MANAGER

Full time Position

Primary Hours – Nights and Weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Financial – purchasing F&B stock, stock control, storage control, receiving orders. Planning and monitoring F&B Budgets

  • Menu – design and update of menu for concessions, clubhouse, youth camps and all other events. Also responsible for menu pricing.

  • Vendor Relations – managing relationships with F&B vendors

  • Staff – responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing F&B staff.  Also responsible for scheduling staff and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.

Auxiliary – manage Facility arcade and clubhouse for rentals, parties, and other events.
