Train Like a pro

These group sessions are scientifically designed to build lean muscle mass, live with more energy, and perform more efficiently in your sport or everyday life. The work-to-rest periods during the high intensity interval training sessions are designed specifically to burn calories and fat, as well as boost your resting metabolism.  Each class incorporates exercises in multiple planes of motion using equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, TRX, ropes, stability balls, treadmills and more.  Mobility is a big part of moving and functioning well and time is taken in each class on corrective exercises to help improve movement patterns. No matter your level of fitness, this program is guaranteed to get you in the best shape of your life. Each of these specialized training sessions will cover the following:

  • Myofascial release (foam rolling)
  • Dynamic flexibility
  • Active warm-Up
  • Interval functional training
  • Core development
  • Energy system development

These sessions are offered Monday – Friday and allow each member to train up to five days a week. Each session is 60 minutes in duration and is limited to 15 participants.
