Performance Enhancement Program
These athletes are trained daily in a small group format concentrating on speed, strength, power, agility and conditioning. Each session is customized daily by providing the proper speed development, strength development and energy system development protocols designed for each training phase.
Athletic speed development includes linear speed, lateral speed and agility, quickness, hip mobility and conditioning. Athletic strength development includes core strengthening, injury prevention, explosiveness, flexibility and general strength as it pertains to athletes. Each athlete’s strength prescription is designed specifically for the athlete based on age, gender, experience and sport. All athletes are screened and performance tested every 10 weeks in order to track progression throughout the program. This program is offered in a 10-week training package.
