TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR YOUNG ATHLETES
Strength & Conditioning Training Program
Athletes are trained daily in a small group format concentrating on speed, strength, power, agility and conditioning. Each session is customized by providing the proper speed development, strength development and energy system development protocols designed for each training phase.
Athletic speed development includes linear speed, lateral speed and agility, quickness, hip mobility and conditioning. Athletic strength development includes core strengthening, injury prevention, explosiveness, flexibility and general strength as it pertains to athletes. Each athlete’s strength prescription is designed specifically for the athlete based on age, gender, experience and sport. All athletes are screened and performance tested monthly in order to track progression throughout the program.
Designed for athletes ages 9 - 13.
- $25 for a single session
- $225 for 10 sessions
- $195/month for a month-to-month contract
- $150/month for a yearly contract
Cancellation policy: $10 fee for late cancels. $15 for no shows.
MONDAY - THURSDAY
- 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
These athletes are trained as a team in a private team setting. These sessions can be conducted at Traction, or at the teams training facility. Our team training is designed specifically for the particular sport and will include 60-90 minutes of speed and strength development. The pricing of this program is based on the needs of the team and the amount of players designated to the program.
*Must have 10+ players to participate as a team.

PRIVATE PERFORMANCE TRAINING
These sessions are prescription designed training protocols that are implemented by our performance enhancement specialists based on evaluation, results, consultation goals, nutrition needs, sport-specific movement and strength patterns.
These sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the client and are offered in single-session, 6-session and 12-session packages.
- Per session (60 minutes): $90
- 12 sessions (60 minutes): $85/session
- 24 sessions (60 minutes): $80/session
- 36 sessions (60 minutes): $75/session
- Per session (30 minutes): $45/session
