Our Group Performance Training is designed for athletes who want to push themselves in a focused, high-energy environment. Led by experienced coaches, each session blends strength, speed, agility and conditioning work to build well-rounded performance. Our JV Performance Groups are built for athletes ages 9–12 who are ready to take the next step in their development. These 60-minute, small-group sessions are offered daily and focus on building a strong foundation in speed, strength, coordination and overall athleticism.
