Baseball training memberships
Our Baseball Training Memberships at Traction Sports (Baton Rouge locations) provide high-quality instruction through a proven blend of private and small-group training. All new athletes begin with a one-time evaluation to determine skill level and coach placement, which includes a complimentary Traction t-shirt. Each membership includes four lessons per month that can be used for hitting, fielding, or pitching.
Our training process is designed to meet each athlete’s individual needs and development. Players start with one-on-one instruction, where our coaches build a strong foundation by focusing on proper stance, pre-pitch movements, and swing or positional mechanics. As athletes demonstrate consistency and understanding, they progress into small-group sessions of up to three players.
These one-hour sessions are carefully organized by age and skill level, allowing athletes to receive personalized coaching while also benefiting from added competition, energy, and peer interaction. This structured progression ensures players not only develop sound mechanics, but also learn how to apply their skills in a more competitive, game-like environment.
