Our Group Performance Training is designed for athletes who want to push themselves in a focused, high-energy environment. Led by experienced coaches, each session blends strength, speed, agility and conditioning work to build well-rounded performance. Training in a group setting encourages accountability and motivation, helping athletes grow together while still getting individualized attention and coaching cues.

JV Group Performance

Our JV Performance Groups are built for athletes ages 9–12 who are ready to take the next step in their development. These 60-minute, small-group sessions are offered daily and focus on building a strong foundation in speed, strength, coordination and overall athleticism.

Designed for athletes ages 13–18, our Varsity Performance Groups deliver focused, science-backed training built around the Seven Pillars of Sports Performance. With expert coaching and a competitive atmosphere, athletes gain the tools they need to elevate their performance and stand out in their sport.
