Ages 13-18

High School Performance Training

All athletes must purchase athlete evaluation.

Traction’s High School Strength and Conditioning Program is designed for athletes ages 13–18 who are committed to becoming stronger, faster, and more powerful than the competition. This performance-based program is built to elevate each athlete’s physical abilities while developing proper training habits that carry over to their sport. Each 75-minute training session focuses on linear speed development, lateral speed and agility, explosive power training, proper functional strength training, and energy system conditioning. Prior to beginning the program, every athlete completes a full performance evaluation, allowing our coaches to design a customized training plan that targets each athlete’s specific needs and performance goals.

Ages 9-12

Youth Speed and Agility Training

Baton Rouge, Ascension Parish and Hattiesburg

Traction’s Youth Speed and Agility Program is designed specifically for athletes ages 9–12. This program gives young athletes a competitive advantage by building a strong athletic foundation in a safe, positive, and structured learning environment.Each 60-minute training session focuses on developing speed and agility, introducing the basic fundamentals of proper strength training, and improving overall energy system conditioning. Unlike our advanced programs, athletes in the Youth Speed and Agility Program are not required to complete a full performance evaluation, allowing them to jump right into training while still receiving expert coaching and structured progression.
