MEET THE TEAM

Will Bacon
PT, DPT, SCS
A Baton Rouge native and Parkview Baptist alum, Will played collegiate baseball at LSU-Eunice and The University of Louisiana Lafayette. During his time at LSU-Eunice, Will helped lead the team to a national title in 2012. At UL, Will was part of the 2015 Regional Championship team as well as Sun Belt Tournament Champs. He holds a Bachelor's of Science with a concentration in Exercise Science from UL, and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, TX. Will leads Traction’s Sports Therapy team with a passion for helping athletes recover and perform at their best. Will was once a patient at Traction himself while recovering from Tommy John surgery in 2013. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, golf, and spending time with his wife, Tori, and daughter, Ella.

Megan McCollum
PT, DPT, CKTP
Megan, a Louisiana native born in New Orleans and raised in Lafayette, is a former standout multi-sport athlete from St. Thomas More High School. Megan continued her career at Southeastern Louisiana University on a softball scholarship, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise Science). She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from LSU Health Sciences Center–Shreveport in 2018. Outside of work, Megan enjoys working out, spending time with her Goldendoodle, Mia, playing beach volleyball at Mango’s, and being with friends and family. She credits her strong faith as the foundation for the many blessings in her life.
