Before joining Traction in 2015, Brad managed nine years running baseball camps, select teams, youth leagues and tournaments in the Baton Rouge area. He was part of two National Championship teams at LSU (1997 & 2000) and actually drove in the championship-winning run scored by fellow Traction partner Ryan Theriot in the bottom of the ninth inning of the 2000 College World Series. At LSU, he was a three time All-American, Johnny Bench award winner, golden spikes finalist, and led the country his senior season with 30 home runs & 106 RBI’s while batting 390. He played Professional Baseball for seven seasons.
Brad learned the fundamentals of the game at an early age from his father, Mark Cresse, who was the bullpen coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers for 25 years. Interesting fact - Brad is the godson of Hall of Fame Dodgers manager, Tommy Lasorda.
