In partnership with Football ‘N’ America, Traction’s Flag Football League offers a fun, safe way for young athletes to experience the game. Played at our premier facility, this league continues to grow each year. With an emphasis on teamwork and skill development, it’s no surprise this is one of the most popular flag football leagues in the area!

Our Flag Football League is organized by age divisions to ensure fair, competitive, and fun matchups throughout the season. Each division follows a consistent weekly schedule with practices and games held on designated evenings under the lights.

Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, 4th Grade:
Preseason Practices: Mondays/Wednesdays from August 10th to September 2nd
Preseason Jamboree: Wednesday, September 9th
Games: Wednesdays from September 16th to November 4th
Regular Season Practices: Mondays from September 14th to November 2nd
Championship Tournament: November 9th - November 12th (Days will vary by division)
1st Grade, 3rd Grade, 5th/6th Grade:
Preseason Practices: Tuesdays/Thursdays from August 11th to September 3rd
Preseason Jamboree: Thursday, September 10th
Games: Thursdays from September 17th to November 5th
Regular Season Practices: Tuesdays from September 15th to November 3rd
Championship Tournament: November 9th - November 12th (Days will vary by division)
