OUR PURPOSE
Traction provides a training system that generates results. Through our integrated approach, we provide a training regimen that will help each athlete maximize his/her athletic ability. Our purpose is clearly focused on decreasing injury potential, improving athletic performance and motivating through education. It is this seamlessly integrated approach that enhances the performance of each athlete.

JV Performance Groups are designed for young athletes ages 9-12 years old. These training sessions are offered daily in a small group format and are 60 minutes in length. Each session is designed to increase all areas of athleticism in order to build a strong foundation for success.

Varsity Performance groups are designed for athletes ages 13-18 years old. These scientifically designed training sessions focus on our “Seven Pillars of Sports Performance” in order to achieve maximal results. These 60 minute sessions are offered daily in a small group format and aim to dramatically increase your performance in your specific sport.

Traction is the premier destination for professional, collegiate, high school or youth teams to utilize all the facilities, amenities, and expertise that Traction offers to maximize your teams performance. Team training is fully customizable to meet the needs of your players. These sessions will be specifically designed utilizing sport-specific and age-specific training products to greatly enhance the performance of each member of the team.
