College prep training
For the athletes who are training for the transition from high school to college, to become a starter, or to take their game to the next level! This six week program, developed by Ryan Clark, are three days a week and run 90 minutes in duration. This program focuses on linear speed, lateral agility, position specific skill, olympic lifts and neuromuscular and functional weight training.
This program will start January 18th and run until February 25th, 2021.
