Our personal training program here at Traction provides an evolution in the way personal training has been done. Each client is provided a customized training program specific to his/her goals based off of individual assessments. Each of these dynamic training sessions combine myofascial release, dynamic flexibility, functional strength training, core strengthening and energy system development to produce results. Through these training sessions, we are able to target each of these goals:

  • Per session (60 minutes): $90
  • 12 sessions (60 minutes): $85/session
  • 24 sessions (60 minutes): $80/session
  • 36 sessions (60 minutes): $75/session
  • Per session (30 minutes): $45/session
